About Returns

You may return all items sold by Global Conveyor Inc.within 9 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in a good condition. Please contact the customer support first. Then pack your items securely in the original box/bag with your order list and mail to us.

*Notice: Underwear and Swimwear are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

How to return

Step 1

a) Click Support
b) Click Contact Us
c) Leave a message and provide your order number (e.g. SO022), product and reason for the return.

Step 2

We will verify your request within 24 hours.

Step 3

Pack the items you need to return in a securely sealed shipping package with your order number (e.g. SO022) attached on a separate piece of paper inside the parcel.

Step 4

Send it back and email us the tracking number.

Exchange an Item

If you need to trade your item for a different size or color, you can exchange qualifying items through our APP Support.

*Notice: Underwear and Swimwear are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

About Refunds

It takes around 3 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.

*Note: We will process your refund when we receive your return. It may take up to 20 business days for us to receive your return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment by default. It requires an additional 5-10 business days processing time by those institutions.

 

About Return Shipping

If the return is the result of a Global Conveyor Inc.error, we’ll refund return shipping costs up to a maximum amount. You’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. The return shipping costs will be issued with the rest of other product refund.

If the reason for return is not a result of a Global Conveyor Inc.error, you need to pay for the return shipping. We suggest you choose the local post with a cheaper price.

*Notice: We strongly suggest you NOT to use FedEx or DHL for return. It would cause high customs fees.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  • To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
  • C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of USD 0 and maximum of  USD 500 only.
  • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the product is open, do not accept the order.

No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.
